OUR STORY
For over 20 years, Keystone Properties has managed more than 600 properties in the Grand Island and Hastings, NE areas. Our properties include apartments, duplexes, houses, and townhomes. We are committed to providing you and your family with excellent, well-maintained rental properties.
We work directly with you and you will never have to work with third party managers. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. We aim for same day service if you ever have any issue with your property. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, begin by filling out our rental application.

One time 25% of gross pet rent deposit (non-refundable).
